The simplicity and complexity of working with a team of dogs has many parallel to the office environment and in establishing a healthy productive working team.  As members and leaders of a team we need to consider: the goals for the work product, choosing qualified team members, understanding the difference in learning styles, working with the different personalities and promoting leadership qualities.  These are some of the team building skill Rob will share from working with a dog pack, and its hierarchy, to achieve a high performance team.  Rob's team building program offers a simplistic, practical and entertaining approach to working with each other and developing good leaders among your team.

Rob Farley has work in the professional environmental field for over 30 years including environmental consulting from a large firm in New York City to several small firms in Vermont.  For over 20 years Rob has been employed at the State of Vermont, Department  Environmental Conservation (DEC).   His career has incorporated may outreach projects including: Outdoor environment education programs, kayaking and canoeing, dog sledding intern and mentoring programs, numerous environmental science programs throughout his DEC career, OSHA training, college science labs, etc.
