Scheduling, Rates, Payment and Refund
Schedule
Tours are conducted on Saturday and Sunday for 9:00am, 12:00pm and 3:00pm, and Wednesday and Thursday evening at 12:30pm, 3:00pm and 5:30pm. Rates are based on a single sled booking. Large groups may need additional sleds with fees based on the single sled rate. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum Weight is approximately 400lbs total for all passengers.
Rates
The Little River State Park tour in Waterbury 2 hour tour starts at $300 for two passengers. Additional passenger rates are:
• Adults (13 &older) $150
• Children 3 to 12 $100
• Children under 3 Free
The Shelburne Farm Moon Light a premium tour in Shelburne , VT starts at $600 for two passengers.
• Additional passenger rate $100
• Children under 3 Free
• Sponsorship Level rate $1000 (all passenger – total weight 400lbs)
Night Dog Sled Rides in Stowe a 20 minute time slot starts at $88 for two passengers. Additional passenger rates are:
• Adults (13 &older) $44
• Children 3 to 12 $29

Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, or money order payable to October Siberians LLC. Sorry we do not accept credit cards, however Credit card payments are accepted through our Lodging and tour packages, see below.
Payment in full is required for all reservation made 7 day in advance.

Refunds
Cancellation by the client made one week (7 days) prior to the tour will receive a full refund or the payment can be applied to a future reservation for the current season. Cancellation made by October Siberians due to weather – lack of snow, unsafe trail conditions or temperatures (below minus 10 degree Fahrenheit), health of the dogs or driver or any other unforeseen circumstance will receive a full refund or your deposit can be applied to a future reservation for the current season.
