Scheduling, Rates, Payment and Refund

Schedule

Tours are conducted on Saturday and Sunday for 9:00am, 12:00pm and 3:00pm, and Wednesday and Thursday evening at 5:00pm and 7:30pm. The woods are truly magical at night and with moonlight evenings the surroundings glow. The driver wears a headlamp, reflective cloth on the dogs and driver as well as safety lights.

Rates

Base rate starts at $300 for two passengers. Additional passenger rates are:

•  Adults $150

•  Children 3 to 12 $100

•  Children under 3 Free

•  Fall training runs are half price

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Maximum Weight is approximately 400lbs total for all passengers

Payment

We also accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, or money order payable to Robert Farley.

Payment in full is required for all Pay Pal reservation and for reservation made using other payment choices 7 day in advance.

Refunds

Cancellation made one week prior to the trip will receive a refund minus 5% or the payment can be applied to a future reservation for the current season. Cancellation as a result, of October Siberians or weather – lack of snow, unsafe trail conditions or temperatures (below minus 10 degree Fahrenheit) will receive a refund minus Pay Pal fee of (0.5%) or your payment can be applied to a future reservation for the current season.
